Minutes of Virtual Board Meeting by Email regarding FINAL 2023 Budget

HOA board members present: On March 21, 2023, Gretchen Stubenvoll sent an email to all other HOA board members, Angie Mays, Chris Jenkins, Dan Fesenmeyer, Cindy Middleton and Beth Hilquist, requesting a vote on the DRAFT 2023 Budget.
Comments on the DRAFT 2023 Budget: Gretchen noted in the email that the proposed reserve amount is decreasing from $50/quarter to $10/quarter starting with 2Q. As there are a lot of projects lined up for 2023, this move gives the HOA more cash while still contributing to the reserve fund. The board continues to budget for legal work, fire mitigation, crack fill, road sign refresh, social events and four dumpsters for dumpster day. Dan noted in response to the email that the board may want to increase the crack fill expense to $4000, but that should not have much impact on the budget either way.
Voting Results: As of March 25, 2023, five of the six board members responded to the email and voted in favor of the DRAFT 2023 Budget, resulting in the attached FINAL 2023 Budget.
