BOARD MEETING MINUTES
February 28, 2017
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Dave Young, Mike Dobson, Gretchen Stubenvol, Chan Pollock, Scott Smith
OTHER HOA MEMBERS PRESENT: Fabrice Fonck
A quorum constituting the required board members were present in person. The meeting was called to order at 6:50 pm on February 28, 2017 at the Tuscany Tavern by President Dave Young.
- Treasury Report: Scott Smith delivered the treasurer’s report. He noted nothing out of the ordinary, with income projections in line with budget. The spending plan for 2017 requires some consumption of the Road Reserve for planned road maintenance activities. The report was reviewed by the Board and approved without dissent.
- Road Maintenance: Pine Grove has rebid the scope to repair shoulders where necessary throughout the neighborhood. Several Board members discussed concern that this hasn’t happened in prior summers as needed and it definitely must happen during the 2017 summer season. The work cannot commence until after the spring rainy season. Mike Dobson is heading the effort and will provide a report at the May annual meeting.
- Spring Dumpster and Garage Sale Weekend: Holly Richardson has again volunteered to head up these items and had suggested the first weekend in June. The Board accepted the suggestion without dissent. Info will be provided as the weekend nears in communications to the HOA. There was some discussion about a possible social event during the same time period and the Board left that to the social committee.
- Next Meeting: The Board set the date for the annual meeting – May 16th, 6:30pm at the Tuscany Tavern.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55pm.
